There’s nothing like a weekend at a health retreat – sleeping in, yoga, organic muesli and taking literally HUNDREDS of Instagram photos to prove you were really there.

But don’t be put off if you can’t afford one of Australia’s most famous retreats (Gaia, Gwingana or Qualia), few can. Instead have a look at these incredibly beautiful, infinitely grammable weekend destinations.

Empire Spa Retreat
Location: Yalliup, WA
Vibe: Afternoon mud wraps with bushland views
Set in the heart of Margaret River, this small and rustic retreat has such beautiful styling that you’ll want to take it all home with you. And it turns out, you can; the same owners also operate the homewares company Empire. Bonus. During your stay, you won’t see many people, your wifi signal will be weak and you’re free to explore the 12-acre retreat at your leisure. Bliss. (empireretreat.com)
