Sparked by Lady Gaga’s inspiring power move to wear what makes you feel more you, and emphasising our obsession with other disproportionate fashion items like tiny handbags and razor-thin sunnies, super-relaxed tailoring is taking over our street style looks.

You might initially think it’s ridiculous but hear us out: an oversized blazer is way more comfortable and less restricting, the style eliminates the need to find the perfect fit, and you’ll be able to share wardrobes with your boyfriend, your brother, your dad, basically any man in your life.

It does take confidence to pull off but with these style hacks you’ll always look like you’re owning it.

  • Go big or don’t go at all. You want it to look dramatically big so easing into the trend by wearing one or two sizes larger won’t cut it.
  • Roll the sleeves if you can’t find your hands.
  • Amp it up with mini accessories like Matrix-style shades or a skinny belt.
  • Clash it with something fitted so you’re not swamped in too much fabric.
