Our Operations team is the heart of our business, busy connecting our products to our customers in the most efficient way. They are spread across our large Fulfilment Centre, CBD and Production Hubs. Their expertise covers Inventory, Inbound, Outbound, Delivery Experience, Fulfilment Strategy, Project Management, Fulfilment Analytics, Marketplace Operations and Vendor Management.

Fulfilment Centre Operations

Our Fulfilment Centre (FC) Operations team supports three core departments – Inventory, Outbound and Inbound – operating around the clock to ensure our customers receive their products in great condition and quickly. Our FC is equipped with active pick towers and our Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS – amazing automated warehousing technology). We also have Delivery Experience, Fulfilment Strategy, Project Management and FC Analytics teams further enabling our FC to operate at our best and ensure future growth is planned for effectively.

Our energetic Inventory team tracks our stock to website levels, troubleshoot, consolidate packages and manage stock replenishment and our large Outbound team includes Pickers, Packers and ASRS Controllers who work with Carriers to get orders out as soon as possible. The Inbound Team is critical in supporting our Buyers, Vendor Management & FC Operations to get all of our latest products unpacked, re-packed and put away, ready for picking. They also process returns from our customers – a key part of our service offering which requires high attention to detail as we carefully quality test all returned items.

Fulfilment Strategy

Our Fulfilment Strategy Team is constantly thinking up amazing opportunities that we can pivot and move towards. They provide incredible ideas for our Project Managers to bring to life. This team includes Supply Chain & Process Engineers, Facilities Management and Project Specialists all working together to support our Fulfilment Centre Program as well as operational projects across the business as required.


Our Marketplace team sits within Operations & Category Management and are made up of Account Managers, Coordinators, Analysts and Onboarding Specialists. This team look after our Marketplace brands from initial partnerships and training to ongoing relationship management, marketing partnerships, and sales support and advice. The important partnerships that we have with our Marketplace Sellers ensure we are able to delight our customers with the latest and greatest brands.

Vendor Management

Our Vendor Management Team is the critical connector between Category Management and the Fulfilment Centre teams, and the go-to contacts for authoring contracts, managing vendor compliance, processing delivery bookings and ensuring international shipments are delivered in the most efficient way. This team exists to deliver world-class vendor onboarding and operational efficiencies.

They are a playful and clever group of Engineers, Data Scientists, UX Designers, Product Owners, Cyber Security Specialists and more.
