From working conditions in the supply chain and community issues that concern our people and customers, to the environmental impacts of our packaging and transporting orders to customers, our responsibility is multifaceted, and each of these facets are equally important. THE ICONIC’s mission is to create a seamless and inspiring shopping experience for our customers. We want them to feel confident in our commitment to creating a more sustainable and healthy world. It is inherent to our purpose that we liberate our customer’s ability to make purchase decisions based on their personal values through a wide choice of brands with sustainability credentials.
In 2018, we held structured workshops with over 100 ICONIC team members from varying departments, tenure and roles—including our CEO and Executive team—to collaboratively design our 2020 Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing strategy. The result was a plan that would become a strategic business focus and passion project for those involved and beyond.
