When I was approached by Unique (my agency), I imagined that I would be doing retirement home advertisements and ads for various ailments and medicines, so I was nervous to be asked to be the face of the new Lonely lingerie campaign ... And the feedback on the campaign by women from all over the world was amazing. Since, I’ve been grateful to be asked to front campaigns for many beautiful fashion labels. I have, though, found it hard at times being the ‘poster child’ for age inclusion. I don’t feel a particular age, but I do appreciate that inclusion has resonated for many women over 50 who feel invisible to the fashion industry. I know it’s an important conversation, but when I’m on the catwalk ... Well, I just love my job!”
