We couldn’t have gotten through this week without our furry little friends by our sides, but we know not everyone is lucky enough to have a support animal to call their own. Because we’re in this together, we're sharing ours with you, along with some of the tricks they’ve taught us...
1. Stretch regularly
Do a couple of down dog or cat-cow poses, maybe even sploot out on the floor for a minute.
2. Get comfortable
Set yourself up for business – test out different chairs, multiple times if needed, until you find the one.
3. Keep active
Run really, really fast around the room – that’s what all those zoom reminders in the calendar are for, no?
4. Check in on your coworkers
Howl out to see if they need anything, or simply just to say hi.
5. Do something silly occasionally
Tip a bucket on your head, drape a blanket around you like a cape or put on a fun shirt – anything to lift your mood and make you smile.
