"Travelling as a teen broadened my global perspective, teaching me a lot about cultures and alternative ways of thinking. The most important one? Meditation. It uncovered the secrets of my mind and allowed me to break the systems and blockages I was under the influence of, revealing a sense of happiness. I actually asked a GP if it was normal to be feeling this way – it was so good. Silencing my mind allowed me to finish my engineering degree, face my fears of being camera shy and among many other things negotiate the negative thoughts we are all influenced by that hold us back from achieving our potential. If I can encourage anyone to do anything, it has to be to meditate ... And smile. Smiling is dope.”
