Find it hard to hit the hay and get a good night’s rest? You’re not alone. According to a report conducted by Sheridan, 56% of Australians believe they’re getting less sleep than they need, which is definitely not ideal when you’re trying to maximise your energy once you’re awake. There are so many reasons why you might not be getting enough rest – you could be feeling a bit stressed from work, the space that you’re sleeping in might not be completely optimal, or you could be resetting your sleep cycle after travelling overseas. Improve your environment
