There’s something about getting out there and sweating a little in your lunch hour that feels so accomplished and efficient. (There are only so many hours in the day so you’ve got to work in your fitness where you can.) Plus, it’ll make the rest of the day sail by and you’ll feel smug all evening (promise). Work your way through our five top sessions – they’re all on Class Pass, too.
Lunch Express
Feeling more like a nightclub than a gym, a lunchtime class at Cycology Club will make you feel like you’ve worked every muscle in your body, all while listening to some sick beats. Unlike other spin classes, you’ll be working your upper body and your coordination too.
Badass
Focusing on the lower body, this targeted workout at The Bunker will get you lifting heavier and give you a gravity-defying tight butt (trust us). Anything from sled pushes, goblet squats, weighted lunges and more. You may or may not have an invigorating team sled challenge as the finisher (you have been warned).
Calm Meditation
Having a tough day? We hear ya. Forget pumping iron, instead bring your mind back to baseline with a short, but effective guided meditation class at Centred Meditation. You’ll be talked through a tension-releasing body scan, and lulled into a state of ‘effortless awareness’.

CircusFit
Hate normal exercise? Then this Fitness Playground class is for you. Get bendy and show off your skills in an aerial class performed on a low hanging trapeze. You’ll learn a delicate balance of acrobatic elements to help with core activation, upper body strength, coordination, mobility and flexibility.
Abs & Ass
Every day of the week the trainers at Barry’s Bootcamp focus on a different part of the body. For us, the must-do workout is the Abs & Ass for obvious reasons. You won’t be able to sit down the next day (or laugh) but it’s so, so worth it.
