The best local gyms came on board to serve up sweaty HIIT sessions to yoga flows and stretch routines, all in one place. From our corner to yours, Work Out With Us whenever and wherever you want. Minimal equipment (a mat and sometimes a chair) mean they’re lounge room friendly. To amp it up, add yoga blocks, resistance bands, and weights if you have them, or get crafty with tin cans and milk cartons. We’ll even throw in a workout playlist

DAY 1 | BOXING HIIT WORKOUT | MEDIUM SWEAT

Get back on track with this 20-minute boxing HIIT session by Jemma Griffin from Symetrie. You'll combine the moves you love from boxing with high-intensity intervals to get your heart pumping. You in?

DAY 2 | BALLET BARRE BURN | MEDIUM SWEAT

Strengthen, stretch and lengthen as Barre Body's Gabrielle leads you through a 60-minute sweat combining the best of ballet, barre, and yoga. All you need is a support structure and a set of 1kg hand weights.

DAY 3 | TONE WITH THE ‘GUN SHOW’ | MEDIUM SWEAT

Work on those guns with the help of Fitness Playground’s Julian Hooper. Not to be missed: the Prosecco Tricep Extension. Now, that's an incentive. 

DAY 4 | SLOW VINYASA FLOW | EASY SWEAT

You’ve earned it! Unwind and calm your mind with Maya Butti, Paramount Recreation Club's resident yogi, in her 30-minute slow vinyasa yoga flow. It's made for relaxing after a long day at, well, home. Double down on the serenity with a walk around your local park. Just keep your distance of course.

DAY 5 | HIGH-INTENSITY HIIT WOKOUT | SUPER SWEAT

Push your limits with James Jackson, Paramount Recreation Club's Head of Health & Fitness, in his signature 30-minute HIIT workout. You've got this!

DAY 6 | HEART-OPENING YOGA FLOW | MEDIUM SWEAT

Have 30 minutes? Try this heart-opening yoga sequence with Emma Seibold of Barre Body. It's a workout for the mind and body all in one. 

DAY 7 | STRETCH & LENGTHEN SESSION | EASY SWEAT

Soothe those muscles and joints after a week of workouts with Elaine Koeber, Paramount Recreation Club's Specialist Trainer. Her 30-minute stretch & lengthen session is ideal after a long WFH day at your makeshift office (ahem, kitchen table).
