Founded by Californian climber and surfer, Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia was born as a spin-off of Chouinard Equipment, a small shop near the Rincon surf breaks in California, who were known for making some of the world’s best climbing gear. The brand has since evolved into an outdoor clothing and equipment company, providing clothes for the ‘silent sports’ such as climbing, surfing, skiing and snowboarding and using specialised fabrications and technologies.

Our Patagonia Kids Down Sweater is a down-insulated jacket for warmth in colder weather. Its comfortable, packable and has a 100% recycled nylon shell. Our Kids' Down Sweater has a NetPlus 100% postconsumer recycled nylon ripstop shell made from recycled fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution; is insulated with warm, compressible 600-fill-power 100% Recycled Down (duck and goose down reclaimed from down products); and layers easily for warmth in colder conditions.
