What is Parcelpoint powered by HUBBED?
In late 2022, HUBBED acquired the Parcelpoint network. The combined network consists of pick up and return locations made up of your friendly, local businesses conveniently located near you and open at times that suit your lifestyle – outside of business hours and the weekend. We are located all over Australia where you can pick up your click and collect parcel and drop off your returns. We are proudly certified by the Carbon Institute of Australia. How pick-up works

Find your favourite products and when you’re ready to purchase, continue to checkout as usual.
Find your local Parcelpoint
Simply find and select a Parcelpoint location as your delivery address at checkout. Select from 1400 trusted local stores around Australia including pharmacies, convenience stores and storage centres.
Pick up your parcel
You will receive a text or email when your parcel has arrived, and you can pick up within 14 days when it suits YOU - even during evenings and weekends.
How returns work
Complete the online returns form
Log in to your ICONIC account and complete the online returns form.
Print and attach your returns label
To package your return, first remove any old labels then attach your new Parcelpoint label.
Drop off your parcel to any Parcelpoint location
With 1400 locations around Australia, use Parcelpoint in your neighbourhood, near work, the gym or anywhere else that’s convenient.
