Turn your favourite eyeshadow into an eyeliner with this liquid makeup sealer. All you need is a couple drops to define and line eyes.

- Create a water-resistant, smudge-proof and long-lasting eyeliner
- On the back of your hand or on an empty palette, mix a loose eyeshadow with 1 – 2 drops of Pro Power Eyeliner Sealer. Dip an angled brush into the mixture and apply as close to your lash line as possible
- Paraben free

Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Propylene Glycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Cellulose Gum, Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Potassium Sorbate, Hexylene Glycol.
