The form is simple, a quiet column and a compressed shade, but the light behaviour is the trick. The glow is warm and comfortable, with no harsh hotspot, so it works beautifully beside a bed. It pools downward where you actually live, then lifts just enough upward to give the wall a gentle wash and make the whole room feel easier.
