Founded by Californian climber and surfer, Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia was born as a spin-off of Chouinard Equipment, a small shop near the Rincon surf breaks in California, who were known for making some of the world’s best climbing gear. Designed for easy everyday wear, these Stand Up® Shortalls are crafted from durable stretch organic cotton canvas with adjustable suspender straps to accommodate growth spurts. Finished with multiple pockets, side waist snaps and Fair Trade Certified™ factory production.
