Founded by Californian climber and surfer, Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia was born as a spin-off of Chouinard Equipment, a small shop near the Rincon surf breaks in California, who were known for making some of the world’s best climbing gear. Patagonia's 2.5in Barely Baggies Shorts features a short 2.5-inch inseam lightweight recycled nylon fabric with a durable water-repellent finish and an internal drawcord waist, engineered to offer maximum leg freedom, low-friction skin comfort, and quick-drying utility.
