What it does?
This Aqua Resist Color Pencil set (shades 04, 12, 14 & 16) features mini pencils that offer extreme wear and that stay flawless from day to night.

How to use:
CLASSIC LINER
Line your top lash line from the center of your eyelid to the outer corner. Complete the line, starting from the inner corner and meeting at the center. As needed, twist up and sharpen with built-in sharpener.

EASY WING
Draw a line right above the lash line, from the center of the eye to the outer corner. Then, use an angled brush to quickly blend the line out and up to create a soft wing. With limited playtime, it blends and smudges for a few seconds, and then it stays in place until you take it off.
