How to use
Brush the eyebrows to place the hairs with the integrated spoolie brush. Twist up the product. Apply directly in the eyebrows doing small line movements into the hair with the flat part of the tip. Draw some hair-like lines with the pointy part of the tip to create dimension. Brush the eyebrows with the integrated spoolie brush to blend the product into the hairs.
