Featuring a 36% water base with a cool, refreshing feel, the vegan formula dries down fast to lock in a smooth, prismatic pearl finish. Don’t let the water fool you, these vegan eyeshadow sticks are packed with opaque pigment for next-dimension shimmer.

How to use
Play your way: Swipe it right onto your lids + blend it out, or use your finger to pick up pigment + tap it on.

For even more precision, use a flat brush to pack Dazzle Stick onto lids.

PRO TIPS: No primer needed. Get creative by combining different shades together.
