Formulated with a blend of sunflower seed and carnauba waxes, the waterproof mousse creates smooth, clump-free definition with flexible, 24HR hold that doesn’t smudge, flake, or feel stiff. How to use
Remove applicator from vial and wipe excess product on the side of the wiper. Starting at the inner brows, brush upward and outward to build natural fullness and volume.
