What is it?

This silky-soft, easy-to-use brow powder fills in brows for a soft, full and diffused appearance.

How to use it?

Brush your brows upwards and outwards with a spoolie. Using the Angle Liner/Brow Brush, apply the powder to fill in gaps along the natural contour. Then, brush through your brows to diffuse the formula and set them in place.
