THE ICONIC Front Row is a level‑based loyalty program designed to let you Access Extra from every shop, every style and every moment. Members earn ICONS on every eligible purchase, unlock Rewards for greater savings, and progress through Status Levels to access even greater benefits and exclusive offers.

If you call Australia or New Zealand home and are over the age of 18, you’re invited to join THE ICONIC Front Row. You can join THE ICONIC Front Row for free by creating an account and shopping at THE ICONIC. Membership is automatic for eligible customers; there’s no separate sign-up process required.

• Collect ICONS: Earn ICONS with every eligible purchase at THE ICONIC.
• Unlock Rewards: For every 1,000 ICONS you earn, you receive a $10 Front Row Reward.
• Earn Faster: Complete Access Extra Offers to collect more ICONS and reach Rewards faster. From time to time, we may even surprise you with a Bonus Reward for instant redemption.
• Level Up: Collect ICONS during your Membership Year to reach 4 Status Levels, each unlocking extra benefits.

In addition to earning ICONS and unlocking $10 Front Row Rewards, THE ICONIC Front Row has multiple Status Levels. Each level unlocks additional benefits, such as higher ICONS earn rates, Birthday Rewards, Anniversary Rewards, and other exclusive offers. Your Status Level will be based on the ICONS you collect throughout your Membership Year.

You can earn ICONS in two easy ways. 

Firstly, Shop to Collect allows members to earn ICONS for every eligible dollar spent at THE ICONIC. 

Members also have the opportunity to earn additional ICONS upon completion of Access Extra Offers. The more you shop, the more ICONS you earn — it’s simple!

Yes, you can earn ICONS on sale and discounted items through Shop to Collect.

 ICONS are ‘pending’ for 30 days after a product has been purchased, an Access Extra Offer has been completed or the Access Extra Offer has expired.  This allows for the change of mind returns period to lapse and THE ICONIC may reverse or adjust any ‘pending’ ICONS earned if an order for a product is returned or cancelled during this period. 

After this 30-day period, the ICONS become ‘active’ in your THE ICONIC Front Row profile and contribute to your Status Level and next $10 Front Row Reward.

The ICONS you earn contribute to two important parts of your THE ICONIC Front Row profile:

Firstly, the number of ICONS you earn during your Membership Year determines your Status Level and the associated benefits you receive. 

Secondly, ICONS also contribute towards your next $10 Front Row Reward. Earn 1,000 ICONS to unlock a $10 Front Row Reward. 

THE ICONIC Front Row member dashboard provides you with all your essential loyalty information. You can track your Status ICONS Balance to see how far you are from your next Status Level, your Rewards ICONS Balance to unlock your next $10 Front Row Reward, and your Pending ICONS Balance for those ICONS yet to become activated. 

ICONS are ‘pending’ for 30 days to allow for the change of mind returns period to lapse, before moving into your Status ICONS and Reward ICONS Balances.

Once you reach 1,000 ‘active’ ICONS in your Reward ICONS Balance, you will be automatically issued with a $10 Front Row Reward. Simply apply the Reward at checkout to enjoy a discount on your order!

Status Levels are the membership levels in THE ICONIC Front Row. Your Status Level will be based on the ICONS you earn during your 12-month Membership Year (starting on the day you join THE ICONIC Front Row). Your Status Level will determine the benefits you receive — earn more ICONS to level up and unlock extra benefits.

Your Status ICONS Balance will be zero at the start of each Membership Year and you will progress to the next Status Level once you collect enough ICONS. 

At the end of each Membership Year, your Status ICONS Balance will determine your Status Level for your next Membership Year. You will either remain in the same Status Level or move down one level if you do not meet the ICONS threshold required. 

Any ‘pending’ ICONS earned from the purchase of products or completed Access Extra Offers within 30 days of the last day of your Membership Year will carry over into the following Membership Year.

Yes, your ICONS will expire if they’re not converted into a $10 Front Row Reward within 12 months from the date of the order in which they were earned, or the date an Access Extra Offer was completed. 

New to THE ICONIC or haven’t shopped with us in the last 12 months? You’ll start at Level 1: Insider. 

If, as of 2 October 2025, you’re an existing ICONIC customer who’s shopped with us in the past year, your Status Level has been determined based on your purchase activity in the last 12 months - no extra steps needed. Your ICONS balances will start at zero, so start collecting!
