How to use
Start with a clean, dry face. If desired, slide the silicone eye shields into place, then put on the mask and adjust the Velcro straps for a comfortable fit. Once powered on, the TheraFace Mask will guide you through a full 9-minute treatment, cycling through Red (3 minutes), Red + Infrared (3 minutes), and Blue (3 minutes) LED light therapy. The mask will automatically power off after the session. You can toggle between the light modes manually, and the vibration feature can be turned off at any time.
